Comings and Goings…

Annika came back today, along with Justene! Emily came back from Morroco a day ago! Derek is moving in over the next 3 days, with his last day in Sonoma County being Thursday! Amber and Teesha are moving in until September 1st. Apparently Jess is moving to the city as well. Sanja has moved within 5 blocks of me, which is good when I need a TV buddy. Ryann comes back August 30th. These are the comings…

The goings were pretty much isolated to one person. I was at fault for a fair percentage of the blame, if there is such a thing, but she said some things that boggled my mind and eventually flared up some resentment…. It’s done now, and for the better I feel. C’est la vie.

So the other day I did what I always do when my mind is afire with drama. I bought books. The Blind Watchmaker by Richard Dawkins, The Magus by John Fowles, Franny and Zoe by Salinger, Gravity’s Rainbow by Thomas Pynchon, and The Mountains of Madness by HP Lovecraft. I also bought some shoes. These things, as well as the company of Kimber made me feel much much better. School starts soon, it will be nice to have that change….

I meant to send out personalized invitations for the Space Party this coming Friday, but I went to Disneyland and ran out of time. So the invite is on Myspace. If you deserve one and didnt get one, I probably don’t have your Myspace, so just ask! I’m going to try and hand out as many of the personalized ones as I can, though I had to toss a really really cool one the other day, and that made me sorta sad. C’est la vie ^ 2.

I am so ready to have Derek living a door away. I am also so ready for bed. Peace!
