Tuesday morning, around 10am, I began to call people from bed to see what the haps was for the day. Upon calling

The drive was long and hot, but Bruno and I tag teamed the task, and listening to Dane Cook made it all better. Dane Cook is funny as shit.

En route I suggested we hit The Getty Museum since it was free, and I’d been wanting to go for a very long time with zero success. So we went. I remembered how to get there, AND IT WAS AWESOME! The architecture there was amazing, and the illuminated medieval tomes (my primary desire) were gorgeous. Ever since my medieval history class I’d been super exicted about seeing a bit more medieval art up close, and I wasn’t dissapointed. With only 1 hour to see as much as possibly we couldn’t really lag about, so we rushed some. But a rushed Getty was much better than the lack of Getty I had experienced up until now. It was sad to be there without the person who introduced me to LA and was my only reason for being there for so long, but nothing can be done about that can it? Moving on!

We crashed with Lydia’s mother in Brea, and she hooked us up with FREE TICKETS TO DISNEYLAND! Woot! Can you dig the shouting? I can. WOOT. This trip kept getting cheaper and cheaper!

We set off for the park early, and it was already a bazillion degrees out. The place was full of people, long lines, anal retentive employ-CAST MEMBER-ees, and yet we managed to have an amazing time! Thrills were found in such places as Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, and even the Tower of Terror on the California Adventure side of the park (also free)! I also found intense happiness via fattening foods, mainly a foot long hot dog, a frozen lemonade slushy thing, and my end of the night double scoop on a rediculously good waffle cone. Heaven…. Disneyland also reminded me a bit of you know who, it was such a symbol of us to us at the time… hard to shake that it seems. Didn’t expect to encounter such emo attacks…. but bollux on all that! It rocked…

Highlights:
1. Tickling Kim while she practically died on a mouthful of Diet Coke… HAHA
2. Dane Cook… Buddy — Pal — Chief — GAYLORD!
3. My screaming about how the rushing river rafty thing in California Adventure was “pussy” and “weak,” which we suspect was overheard, because they cranked a jet of water on us hardcore right at the end and totally soaked us from beneath and above. On further observance we noticed that this jet rarely did much damage to the riders unless they offended the manliness of the ride. Note to self… Always insult rides for full effect.
4. Scaring the crap out of Lydia with tickle fingers when the spiders crawled all over the walls.
5. Being scared shitless right back when Lydia got her revenge.
6. Pretending to be the Künt (like koont haha) family and desiring custom hats bearing our family name! Vee Künts are sehr hott JA?@!!!?!
7. Splashing water on Bruno accidentally while riding Splash Mountain… was aiming for Kimmy.
8. Watching Bruno get revenge on me and include Kimmy thus achieving my original goal.
9. Bruno forgetting his wallet and wincing in pain as he was forced to rely on us for money! Amazing! Sadly he eventually found it, thank god his funds were incredibly limited still
10. Screaming “GET SOME, BITCHES!” at the top of Splash Mountain before dropping whilst having the time of my life…. came off that ride utterly soaked and totally content… note to self, insulting the ride works consistently.

We left to return this morning at 3am, driving in 2 hour shifts. What a fantastic and random trip, I absolutely loved it to death. Thanks to Bruno, Kimmy, and Lydia for being fantastic trip mates…
