My oatmeal is really really good this morning… Home made maple brown sugar, with real maple syrup!
San Francisco is treating me very well, very well indeed. I’ll be working 4 shifts now, which is good and bad… the bad part is I got a monday shift instead of a wednesday shift, so my hang out day with Matt has vanished. The good part is more money, and wednesdays are a good day to go to the Zoo. Maybe next month!
The ferret sends his greetings. He’s been puckering about like usual, enjoying life and all that … “meep”
I saw I “heart” Huckabees, with Adrian and Lauren on friday night, which was way fun. That movie is both weird, funny, and interesting, and I agree with Adrian, who said the movie did a really good job of portraying an understandable philosiphy without making it serious, so you didn’t really come away trying to think your world was re-arranging itself. Marky Mark was also excellent in his role. I really appreciate who good he’s become at acting, it’s always fun to watch him.
Drama is awesome.
Dramamamamamamamamammamalllaallammallammallamallamadrama!
Oh, also on Friday, we had Korean BBQ at Hahn’s Hibachi, which is very tasty. I enjoyed everything but the little strange assortment of side dishes on my plate. Sprout salad ? NASTY. Kim’s Chi? GROSS. And worst of all, the pile of vegetables with what looked like Zuccini that I dove on, expecting yummy vegetable goodness? Fucking PICKLES, not Zuccini. AWFUL! I’ll be keeping my eye on that place, for there sneaky underhandedness. Trying to feed me pickles = bad, especially when I’m expecting zuccini (it totally looked like it when you aren’t really paying attention).
The hotel strike in SF is still going on, but they seem to have lost a lot of their energy. I hope they get their way soon, damn those hotel bastards!
I feel like my schedule is packed to the fullest these days, I’ve got work, school, studying, and people to hang out with! Joy is me! Anyways, I’m gonna sign out until I have more interesting this to talk about…. 8 hour shift today, arggh

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
it might have been pickled zucchini. lots of asian cultures are big on the pickled vegetables.
No, they were totally pickles. Like, cucumber pickles pickles. Why? Because I started violently complaining. I wouldn’t complain violently about pickled zuccinni, probably just whine
it’s back to roaming the streets and spending money for me! woohoo!
