Oh my goth!

So, Team Duct Tape Uber l33t showed up at the Gothic Naval battle yesterday, all decked out in rad duct tape armor, shiny swords, and big water guns. Besides myself, our team consited of Ben, Matt, and Derek as well. We met all kinds of new people, it was pretty cool.

We basically all rented paddleboats, got on the water, loaded our water weaponry, and had a mighty, massive water duel for great justice. Wait till I get my hands on some pictures floating around, there were several photographers there who did nothing but take pictures. Needless to say, we gave ‘em hell! By the end of the day, my throat was raw from screaming so many battle cries! Quite often we swung our swords about while tossing back insults as well…. The lake was made of salt water though, so getting hit (which happens basically non-stop) sucked so much. Everytime I got hit in the face and had to taste the lake, I almosted died. Anyways, at some point I’ll get pictures from people, and I will hella show them off… until then, happy 4th of July!
