Thursday: After leaving my house with plenty on her mind, Kiah spun out on the free way in Rohnert Park and crashed into the dividing rail. She then called me and informed me she’d been in an accident, and needed me to come. So, I freaked out and zoomed to Rohnert Park at like a million miles and hour. Her Miata was all tore up, but luckily she wasn’t wounded besides a small muscle thing in her neck, so I felt better. Emotionally Kiah was all tore up though, so after issues wer dealt with I drove her home and we fell asleep.
It was really scary to see the torn up Miata. Kiah is really really lucky to be alive! There is nothing to those little cars and had it been a little worse she could have been seriously hurt or killed. It really makes you scared to see that kind of thing up close. Kiah’s dad seemed really impressed by my coming to Kiah so fast (faster than he could), and comforting her. He thanked me most sincerely, but at the time I was still a little shaken from seeing the wreck. I’m just glad she’s safe!
Friday: Decided to spend the day with Kiah. We lazied about, ran some errands, and went out to Occidental to locate her brother. We then spent the evening in the company of Matt, Maureen, Anjie, Kodi, my sister, her boyfriend Jeff, and friend Bonnie. Luckily, our shenanigans helped lighten the mood of the previous day a bit.
Sunday: I was late to our mandatory training morning at work, and this almost got me in a lot of trouble! Watched Rashomon, excellent movie!
School: I got a 94% on my Calculus test and a 91% on my Chemistry test! I’m so excited. I’m going to shoot for an A in Calculus and an A in Speech…. we’ll see I guess!
Hmm, I got some crappy pictures back, but there are several I like, so I’m going to edit a few and post them up!
