So, tonight kicked ass. I spoke with Anjie, and we decided we needed to get out and romp. We agreed on two destinations, the Syar Rock quarry in Healdsburg, and this haunted/abandoned house on fountaingrove.
The rock quarry was absolutely amazing at night. Gangways, and platforms, and ladders, and machines. It was sooo rugged and industrial. At one point, Jeremy thinks he came in contact with a security camera because 5 minutes later a truck with a spot light showed up and we had to go unleash our commando moves and scurry for cover, lest we get destroyed. Damn…. what a blast.
Next came the haunted house. Jeremy wanted to get Dan and Chris, so we stopped by the DCK and also added Nayt and Caroline. We went to Safeway for drinks, ran into Gwen and Jeff, talked to them for 5 minutes or so which was entertaining as always. Jeff apologized for the billionth time for barfing in my car, and I reminded him for the billionth time that he barfed from my car onto pavement, and I did not care! At this point, a communal mental slip occured and we all got excited as we took bets on whether my volvo could reach 100mph. We got on the freeway and found out that I could only hit 99mph with 4 people in the car.,….. shucks…. and then we discovered the mental slip… we were supposed to pick up Caroline! Ack! I felt bad for a spell, but she ended up driving down, so all was well.
The Haunted House was a bust. We couldn’t find it. Anjie had general memories of it’s location from almost going to it a year ago, and I knew the rough area it was in, but to no avail! We ended up harassing some poor lady at the Extended Stay Hotel with our horns and Jeremy’s carolling voice!
Carrows was the next point of interest, but I chose to take Anjie home instead because we both agreed we needed to sleep so we had rampage energy for tommorow!
Sooooooooo, wonderful night! Big thank you to Anjie for a head to combine with mine so we could get the hell out of my apartment and run amok! And, now that my amok evening has concluded, I must rest. I’m very excited though, tommorow I find out how well I did on my Women’s History midterm! Yay!
OHHH AND, tommorow is Whistle’s (THE FERRET’S) BIRTHDAY …. so….. CELEBRATE!

sorry i didnt give angie directions to the haunted house quick enough. but you should deffinately go sometime it is really cool!!
