I got sent home from work because I was feeling so terrible and sounded so terrible… and now, here I am! So this is what happened….
Last week Kristin was sick, so I took last Saturday off and spent the whole day with her. I made her some fresh Minestrone soup, and brought my mothers cornbread and we spent the whole day just watching movies…. it was so very nice….and the gods repay me with severe sickness..as I said below, Strep throat and tonsilitis afflict me now…. So yeah… moral of the story: As sweet as bringing your sick girlfriend freshly made soup may sound, don’t do it or you’ll have hell to pay! Actually thats a bit cynical… I dont regret our soup day at all…..AND as of the soup I have actually succeeded at two freshly made dishes… Stew, and Minestrone soup… soon I will be … “THE TITANIUM CHEF” …. hahaha get it? Like the Iron Chef, only Titanium is lighter and stronger (better)!! heehee
