On Friday night we went to the pound anyway, despiste Blind Guardian’s cancellation to see the band the other band on the original roster, Symphony-X. They did an excellent job of entertaining, and the show was free, and fun was had by all. My driving was sub-par, but sufficient for the trip and all was well.
On Saturday night I had a hot date, and it was alot of fun. Her name is Kristin, she goes to Piner High School, she’s really interesting, and she’s very beautiful. We went to Thai House (A proven favorite, most people have never been or even had thai food), then rented the movie Tape on her suggestion. Tape was a bizarre movie, and definitely not a date movie because it centers around the discussion of a date rape…. But all ended well (except for one small mistake I made on the date), and we have another date this Friday. She wants to go see The Two Towers, how cool is that!!! I’m pretty excited about this girl, I really want to know more about her…. methinks this is happening at just the right moment (christmas break)!
I also discovered I have 250 pages of my film history text book to read before Thursday, while at the same time studying for my calculus final which is also on Thursday. Yipee-Skipee!
