Lately I’ve been noticing a trend. I’m being lead down a path of excellent things. Everything has worked out so far. Everything, it really has. Let me give some examples first, then go into depth.

* I got into all the classes I want, perfect schedule.

* The other day, I was leaving the JC, and traffic was totally backed up in the lane that turns onto Steele Lane. I needed to turn, but the line of cars was huge, so I decided to just locate a different freeway entrance, and road up the main lane. But, as I got to the light, it turns out one car was stalled at the very front of the line, and I slipped into the turn lane just as the light turned yellow, making it onto Steele Lane with no time to spare. It was beauty.

* In my English class, we were all supposed to purchase this $4 Class Reader, It’s like an mini-book from the teacher. It turns out, that somehow the Bookstore screwed up and printed up the Spring 2002 book, which was the incorrect version, we need Fall 2002. So, in class, the teacher points this out, and somehow I have a Fall 2002 reader, whilst everyone else has a Spring 2002. I was the only one who didn’t need to go hassle in the bookstore.

*Last night at work, one of my co-workers gave me a very nice complement, he said to another someone at my work something like “How can you say that to the downright nicest guy in this resteraunt?” It made me feel all fuzzy and warm.

*Also last night at this resteraunt (this one is amazing), I was bringing a tray of coffees with a cofee pot to a table, and after all the coffee and sugar had been set on the table , I turned around to circle the table and start pouring coffee, but, for the first time ever, I lost my balance slightly, and the Full Blazing hot coffee pot hopped right off my tray, into midair. With my mongoose speed I whipped around and caught the coffee pot, totally by fate, and only dripped about 3 drips on the floor. If it had gone it’s full course, it would have landed on another table and possibly burned 2 very nice people. My heart went straight up into my throat when it happened (I almost choked on it), and when I turned around, I know I had this look in my eyes that said “wow.” The people at the table I was pouring the coffee for just looked at me, and then they clapped, and I felt like superman! I’m serious, it was amazing. For about another hour, my heart slowly slid out of my throat. When the boss asked me why a table clapped for me, I told him, and he was stunned, and he didn’t believe me. Now, if I could have had it on video tape, I could prove I’m superman ;-)

**** So, as you can see, these acts of fate are really great, and getting better. I’ve decided that there is bound the be an amazing climax of these events, something life changing, truly superb, and I know “I’ll like it all kinds of lots”. So, I’m holding my breath an awaiting cool things. Meanwhile, I think I might make a few risks, see how this good stuff holds out.

On a side note, my second helmet came in the mail. So, motorcycle rides are now possible. W00t!

  1. wow! that coffee story is very fascinating. i have never spilt coffee and had to redeem myself but i have seen people get coffee on them and that sucks. that is most excellent. that is cool that you can take people on motorcycle rides; they’re kind of scary though unless you’re not with a reckless person. i would ask you to take me on a motorcycle ride, but since you’re superman, i’m going to ask you to take me flying instead!!! how does that sound?

  2. oooh

perhaps a celebration is in order…….
