Ok, so my motorcycle is leaking oil. I have to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed. The DMV is closed on Saturdays. So, my SR trip earlier was almost in vain, except I went to Costco and got plenty of new socks. Oh happy day!
When I was at Northbay asking after motorcycle repairs, it was really strange. I came back outside, and there was this girl with the exact same motorcycle as me parked next to me. We talked, I told her about my crash, and then she invited me to ride with her through this canyon for a while. I accepted cuz I’d never been there, and I was forced to use all my efforts to follow her down SR ave at upwards of 70 mph weaving in traffic. That on its own was fun. Eventually we made it on to this really narrow hill, and she proved that she was a much better driver then I was, because she was faster. It was so much fun, I’d never wridden with another rider before, especially another Ninja. After watching her, I now totally realize my bike has more potential then I thought. Eventually we weaved back into SR, and she took off, waveing me a pleasant goodbye. It was so much fun, and so totally random. I love motorcycle riders! I never even got her name, or she mine, but it didn’t even matter. Cool cool!
AND TONIGHT!!! I had my birthday with my parents, we had cake, and burgers, and what not. For my present my mom did this extremely huge package within a package within a package type deals, and the end result was a brand new Video Camera for me. It’s my Graduation + Birthday present from both my parents and my Grandma, but I don’t care, its so worth it! It’s a JVC Mini-DV, Very small and light, with I think 16x optical zoom and 900x Digital zoom. It takes digital pictures to! OMG it’s so sweet! Now I just need to buy some tapes and hookups so that I can start recording!! Thanks mom (and dad, who I know had nothing to do with it whatsoever, but your card was funny)! I’m so happy!!! Now I’m off to Lyons ! Lator Gator!
